Your health and wellbeing are our highest priority and to continue offering you the quality care that you expect and deserve we have had to increase our prices. Fortunately, improved process and the introduction of the MyIndici Portal has enabled us to keep these increases to a minimum.
All patients over the age of 14 with an appointment after 5pm / on the weekend or a public holiday will incur a $20 after hours charge in addition to the appointment fee. (CSC discount does not apply after hours)
Non-NZ residents $110, after hours $125
Telephone and face to face consult fees are charged at the same rate
MyIndici referrals, paperwork, e-consultations etc $20-$35
We are still open! We will continue to care for you in a similar manner to recent times. Do not put off seeking care where needed!
Masks are mandatory for everyone visiting the building. If you cannot wear a mask then we will happily see you in the car or in the cabin.
Do not come into the building with coughs, colds, runny noses, or other COVID symptoms. If you have these symptoms then please call us to arrange a swab test.
If you need to be seen in the building then that will still happen.
If you are unwell and need to be seen on the day then please call 068730750.
We encourage telephone and video consults and can manage most health concerns by telephone or video. If you need to be seen in person then we can also arrange this.
Do not put off seeking care where needed!
We shall be following the recommendations of the MoH and Royal College of GPs. Be aware that Delta variant is much more contagious and so we need to minimise people and contact within the building.
We're aware that the wait to see reception is a frustration for many. To try to reduce that we have introduced new methods for checking in.
If you are on myindici then you can check-in on your phone, book appointments, and pay invoices (no data charge)
You can also check-in on either of the new machines, located at the entrance and top of stairs
Please continue to be kind to the receptionists!
On Monday we launch myindici™.
NEW system to book appointments and access your medical records coming to Te Mata Peak Practice soon
As of 21st May 2021 ManageMyHealth will no longer work at Te Mata Peak Practice.
We are switching to a great new system called myindici™ which will allow you to continue accessing your medical records online in a secure, safe environment. You’ll be able to:
All your health records will be transferred to myindici™ and you will be able to access them as you do in ManageMyHealth now.
myindici™ - is a great system with rich features. These are exciting times but there might be a few minor problems as we get used to the system. At times things might not work perfectly – please let us know if you find anything that is a bit unusual or not working. We need your feedback to make things right!
What do I need to do now? - If you are already on ManageMyHealth then:
It is important that you find your National Health Index (NHI) number as you will need to know what this is to log in to myindici™.
This can be found in ManageMyHealth by following the below steps:
Next week you will receive another email containing a website link to register for myindici™ where you will be required to enter your full name, date of birth and NHI number. Until then sit tight, you don’t have to do a thing!
We’ll be back in touch.

We think there are many ways that we can improve and change the way healthcare is delivered at Te Mata Peak Practice and are looking for people who would like to be part of our Patient Participation Group to give their views on proposals.
We are hoping for a cross-section of all the patients and users of our health centre to help us improve the experience and care that is offered. It is not likely to be a time-consuming role; we envision it taking approximately 5-10 minutes alternate months or less. Initially it will be by SurveyMonkey short surveys that we will email out. We will try to align the surveys sent to you to be relevant to you and your whanau. The method of delivery may evolve depending on feedback.
If you would like to be added to our database then please could you fill out the survey attached; this will allow us to stream the surveys to those most relevant.
Patient Participation Groups are not set up to be a ‘forum for moaners’ but nor are they ‘doctor fan clubs’! They are a route for patients to advise and inform the Practice on what matters most to patients and to help identify solutions to problems.
