You will be prompted to provide your full name, date of birth and NHI number. If you do not know your NHI number it can be found on any documentation you have from the Hospital or you can contact our staff.
Your health records have been transferred across and you will be able to continue to access them in a secure environment, as well as access your test results, book appointments and request repeat prescriptions.
From 21st May records will no longer be updated in ManageMyHealth– access to this system will be turned off.
Between Friday 21st and Monday 24th you will not be able to use the portal systems to message or request prescriptions, please call reception if these are urgent. It is an exciting time, but we anticipate a few minor problems as we all get used to the system. If you have any issues or queries – please let us know. We need your feedback to make things right!
