It’s the easiest way to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, view your notes and results, and get in touch with your provider, the nurses and the admin team. Click on the link below, complete the form and you will receive a call from the clinic within a few days to confirm receipt. This will be followed by an email with a confirmation code, and you’ll be all set to go.
